Ambition needs a system.

Established organizations hold more innovation capacity than they use. We design the programs that activate it through structured engagement with startups, emerging technologies, and new markets.

Innovation is a capability, not a project. We build the capabilities. We learn together. Events and visibility are not KPIs. Initiatives fail at alignment. We start there. Innovation is a capability, not a project. We build the capabilities. We learn together. Events and visibility are not KPIs. Initiatives fail at alignment. We start there.

Innovation rarely feels urgent until the moment it does.

New technologies and market entrants are eroding yesterday's competitive advantages faster than most organizations can respond. The source of the uncertainty leaders are trying to manage is also the source of the next opportunity. We help you engage with them. It is not a talent or a budget problem, it is a systems problem.

Markets move faster than organizations +

Markets are shifting at a pace that outstrips traditional planning cycles. By the time a response is designed, approved, and resourced, the window has often moved.

The old models have stopped working +

Accelerators built around mentorship and media coverage were designed for a different era. The startups that matter today are AI-native and technically sophisticated. They do not need guidance. They need structured access to what established organizations already have.

Ambition is not the constraint +

Most organizations have the intent and the resources. What is missing is the system to act on them consistently. Without clear ownership and governance, innovation remains a project, not a capability.

Misaligned incentives, unclear direction +

Marketing wants visibility. R&D wants IP. Business units want quick wins. When nobody owns outcomes, programs produce activity without strategic impact.

One size doesn't fit all. +

Generic programs applied to specific contexts rarely deliver. Every organization has a different asset base, risk appetite, and strategic horizon. The structure needs to reflect that.

Every organization starts from a different place.

There's no template, but there's a method. We design innovation programs around your resources, ambitions, and constraints.

Strategic Advisory

Senior-level counsel on innovation strategy and ecosystem positioning for leadership teams navigating significant organizational change.

We've done this before.

Regional Bank

From institutional ambition to innovation leadership

A regional bank had a clear mission: to lead transformation in the financial sector. The ambition was there, but the ecosystem presence was not established.

We helped the bank establish its role in the innovation ecosystem, building a framework for early and structured access to globally vetted fintech startups. The result: a credible, active position as a driver of change in regional banking, with a pipeline of innovation aligned to its strategic direction.

University

Turning decades of knowledge into active capital

An established academic institution had accumulated deep expertise, research capacity, and a strong alumni and faculty network, but no structured way to convert that into direct economic value.

We co-founded a startup accelerator together, creating a new institutional channel for the university to deploy its knowledge and network as active capital through direct equity investments in early-stage companies. A new value stream and a new identity: not just a place of learning, but a builder of companies.

Global Payments Network

Building a bridge between two markets

A major global financial institution wanted to help startups from its African network access European markets, while creating tangible value for banks and financial players in Southeast Europe.

We structured a cross-border bridge connecting the institution's vetted startup portfolio with European market entry opportunities, while giving regional financial players curated access to internationally backed fintech innovation. A model where the network creates value in both directions simultaneously.

Business Association

Connecting corporate needs with the solutions that solve them

A business association representing established companies needed its members to engage with startups in a structured, practical way, beyond events and panel discussions.

We designed and ran a full venture client program: surfacing real corporate challenges, scouting and evaluating startups built to solve them, and facilitating structured pilots. No generic matchmaking. Just precise alignment between a defined business need and a vetted solution, with corporations as first customers of innovation.

International Holding Company

From industry expertise to an accelerator that invests it

A company that built its name in international health products distribution, then successfully launched its own product lines across health and pet sectors, had accumulated rare operational knowledge, but no structure to deploy it beyond its own business.

We designed the first private startup accelerator in the region built around a corporate founder's expertise as the core investment thesis. Rather than capital alone, the accelerator put decades of distribution know-how, product development experience, and market access on the table as real value for startups. A model where what the company built over years becomes fuel for the next generation of companies.

Your priorities determine everything.

The program design, the model, the pace of implementation.

Before anything is built, we make sure the key stakeholders are aligned. It is the step most programs skip, and the reason most programs stall.

Solving a process bottleneck Entering a new market segment Diversifying the business Exploring new technologies Reducing dependency on a single revenue stream Accessing new talent and capabilities Responding to a competitive threat Building new partnerships Developing new products or services Strengthening innovation culture Identifying acquisition or investment targets Expanding into new geographies
